PETER FIMRITE (actor. writer), a long-time San Francisco Chronicle staff writer, was for a short time in his 20s both a wanna-be actor AND a wanna-be journalist. He chose the profession that offered to pay him. Then, after 30 years writing about the human condition and man's relationship to the Earth and cosmos, he decided it was time to write funny skits for the Rhubarb Review and perform them on stage.
